Restored legendary encounters, Fairy type and trade-free evolutions make Pokémon Core Crystal a substantial new way to play Crystal. Lugia and Ho-Oh can be caught before the Elite Four, while Celebi, Mew, Mewtwo, the Legendary Birds and Ruins of Alph Fossil Pokémon return. The game adds Generation 6-style Exp. Share, updated shiny odds after Suicune, new type-category rules and revised Pokémon stats. Battle and menu information is expanded, and many overworld conveniences are included. Created by Sakaysen, this completed English GBC hack is based on Pokémon Crystal and is at version 1.0.3.
