About Pokemon Cosmic Emerald Version
All 386 Pokémon from the first three generations, day and night events, and more roaming Legendary Pokémon expand Pokémon Cosmic Emerald Version. SkyVortex's English GBA hack of Emerald adds reusable TMs and Poké Balls that remain usable until a capture, plus experience from catches. A new Evolution Stone handles trade evolutions, while a steeper difficulty curve, indoor running, and a 252 EV cap change the journey's pacing. Mirage Island also matters for Pokédex completion.
