About Pokemon Eccentric Emerald GBA ROM
Pokémon Eccentric Emerald opens up 386 Pokémon from Generations I through III, with most obtainable before the Pokémon League, and adds new evolution methods and items. This GBA beta version 1.41 by Cruztown is based on Pokémon Emerald. It uses the physical/special split, revised moves, abilities, movesets, and Trainer rosters; Team Magma and Team Aqua field a wider variety of Pokémon. The Safari Zone is accessible before the Elite Four, and event tickets allow encounters with Mew, Ho-Oh, Lugia, Latias, and Deoxys.
