Custom teams, Gym Leader AI and enemies whose EVs rise as the game progresses make Pokémon Emerald Docal a demanding overhaul. Heiner 291 created this completed GBA hack of Pokémon Emerald. Nearly the whole National Pokédex is catchable except legendaries, and all Gym Leaders use six Pokémon. It adds level-cap support through unlimited Rare Candies, revised encounters, permanent weather in some locations, and city grass encounters. Trade evolutions are changed, weaker Pokémon gain stat boosts, and many fully evolved Pokémon receive improved or secondary abilities.
