Every wild and trainer Pokémon being level 100 from the outset makes this Emerald run a deliberately unusual challenge. Pokémon Emerald Level 100 Silliness is a completed GBA hack of Emerald by Pengie9290. It changes several evolution methods, makes TMs reusable, and gives Gym Leaders and Elite Four members revised teams and moves, including for rematches. Map and encounter adjustments open up new areas, while shops sell evolution items and Heart Scales. The Safari Zone uses normal Pokémon mechanics, and a new superboss appears in Steven's Cave.
