About Pokemon Experimental Red
Redesigned maps, Prime-Mega Pokémon, and later-generation species make this FireRed project feel markedly different. Pokémon Experimental Red is an English GBA demo by Rashaun317, based on FireRed. It adds the Fairy type, new starter Pokémon, and Fakemon, while making catches more difficult. Players can also mine gold as part of the adventure. The demo combines those additions with an altered map layout.
