Revised trainer battles, new Generation 4-based movesets, and the physical/special split make Fire Red Omega a more demanding take on FireRed. Drayano’s completed GBA hack is version 1.1 and updates moves, wild encounter areas, selected sprites, and the type chart through Generation 6 without adding Fairy type. The menu includes an EV/IV checker, while the Pokédex shows a caught Pokémon’s abilities and stats. TMs and Move Tutor moves are reusable, all TMs and HMs can be found in-game, and HMs can be deleted. EV-reducing Berries, a Celadon City Berry vendor, altered tree behavior after Cut, and a day-and-night cycle round out the changes.
