About Pokemon Magma Ruby 202 Rom
A roster of exactly 202 Pokémon and a level 45 Groudon create the central balance choice in Pokémon Magma Ruby 202. SinisterHoodedFigure made this completed GBA hack from Pokémon Ruby, version 2.0.2. It favors Groudon at level 45 over an overpowered Rayquaza at level 70. The restricted roster and altered legendary level are the project’s defining adjustments to Ruby's normal selection and encounter balance.
