About Pokemon Neon Blue
A new region with original maps and events leads Pokémon Neon Blue away from the usual FireRed route. Custom palettes, overworld tiles, a male player sprite, a backsprite, and a new town map reshape its presentation, while added routines allow releasing Pokémon outside the PC and viewing IVs on the stat menu. Legendary Pokémon from Generations 1 through 3 can be obtained in different ways, and the CK Frontier offers random rematches with previously encountered NPCs after the Elite Four. Created by mcferaligatr, this completed English GBA hack is based on FireRed and is version 2.5E/2.5X.
