About Pokemon New Emerald ROM
All 386 Pokémon are obtainable in Pokémon New Emerald, an Emerald improvement hack that updates moves and abilities to Generation 7. Trade evolutions are changed, TMs can be reused, HMs can be forgotten, and the Devon Scope works as an EV and IV viewer. It also adds items, the Black and White Repel system, optional Exp. Share, double wild battles, shiny and perfect-IV in-game trades, Mirage Island after the Elite Four, and working events. Created by igorfs10, this completed GBA hack is based on Emerald.
