About Pokémon Nightmare
Pokémon Nightmare begins in Pacatus, an island region where you and twin childhood friends join Professor Selina Parsley as field assistants. A seemingly calm place falls under threat from Team Epialtes, leaving you to travel its varied locations, take on Gym Leaders and uncover their scheme. It suits players wanting a traditional Pokémon-style fan game with a tougher edge but room for different approaches. The journey lasts about fifteen hours and uses a selected Pokédex of nearly 300 Pokémon from across the series. Pacatus adds 23 regional-variant lines, one new evolution, seven Mega Evolutions and signature moves for its new forms. Optional level limits can be switched on or off.
