About Pokemon RE:Call

Pokémon RE:Call expands FireRed across Kanto, Sevii, and Hoenn, with Pikachu following the player and battles possible against friends using other CFRU-based ROMs. Its regional dex targets 151 Pokémon, while its National dex reaches nearly 1,000 forms drawn mainly from Generations I through VIII, with a few Generation IX Pokémon. Sylingga created this English GBA project from Pokémon FireRed. It includes Dive, Rock Climb, Defog, day/night/seasons, DexNav, swarms, berry farming, move-effectiveness colors, and an animated Suicune title screen.

What's in it

• Built on HUBOL (CFRU+DPE), with mainly Generations I–VIII Pokémon, some Generation IX Pokémon, a 151-target regional dex, and a nearly 1,000-form National dex; not every Pokémon is obtainable in the current demo.
• Travel through Sevii, Kanto, and Hoenn.
• Pikachu follows the player throughout the game.
• Battle friends using Radical Red, Unbound, SWSH Ultimate, or other CFRU-based ROMs.
• The rival's gender changes according to the player's gender.
• Move effectiveness is shown with colors.
• Dive, Rock Climb, Defog, day/night/seasons, DexNav, and secondary PokéTools in the Start Menu are included.
• Swarms, daily events, and berry farming are included.
• The new-game, summary, and EV/IV screens use Black/White visuals.
• The title screen has an animated Suicune.
