About Pokemon SURI

A new Johto story set after Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver gives Pokémon SURI a different starting point, with the player newly moved to Johto. Jaizu’s GBA FireRed hack is currently Beta 1 and features a Crystal-based Pokédex expanded with related Pokémon from later generations. Choose from Eevee, Elekid, and Magby or Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile as starters. It adds updated graphics and sprites, HeartGold and SoulSilver music, reusable TMs, capture EXP, movable HMs, new characters and events, and a Pokémon League on Mt. Silver.

• Use a Pokémon Crystal-based Pokédex with pre-evolutions and evolutions from later generations, including Generation 4.
• Arceus is the final Pokémon in the Pokédex.
• Battle style, stereo music, and fast text speed are set by default.
• TMs can be reused.
• Gain EXP when catching Pokémon.
• Any move, including HMs, can be forgotten.
• Music from HeartGold and SoulSilver is included.
• Graphics are updated.
• Sprites are revamped or brought to Nintendo DS standards.
• The title screen is animated, with an alternative for real hardware.
• The story takes place after HeartGold and SoulSilver.
• Moves from other generations are included, such as Fire Fang and Aqua Jet.
• Some Pokémon movesets are remade.
• Choose Eevee, Elekid, and Magby or Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile as starter sets.
• Battles use the physical/special split.
• The level curve is improved.
• Wild Pokémon differ from HeartGold and SoulSilver, with more options and better levels.
• View IVs and nature strengths and weaknesses on the summary screen.

• The Pokémon League is on Mt. Silver.
