About Pokemon Velvet Sapphire

Routes needing no HMs and the option to reach Victory Road with a level 5 starter make Pokémon Velvet Sapphire unusually open. OriginWizard's completed GBA hack of Sapphire adds locations, legendary and stationary encounters, Ruby-exclusive Pokémon, and starters from earlier generations from the beginning. Every Generation 3 Pokémon is catchable, with more of the Generations 1–3 Pokédex being added. Legendary Pokémon have raised levels, including a level 100 Rayquaza. NPCs can craft items such as Poké Balls and event items, and the original story remains intact.

What's in it

  • Adds locations that can be crossed without HM moves, including a route to Victory Road with a level 5 starter.
  • Adds legendary Pokémon and makes every Generation 3 Pokémon catchable.
  • Raises legendary Pokémon levels, with Rayquaza at level 100.
  • Adds stationary Pokémon, including a powerful Lapras and legendary encounters such as Jirachi.
  • Keeps the original story unchanged.
  • Adds Pokémon exclusive to Ruby.
  • Makes all previous-generation starter Pokémon available from the beginning.
  • Adds a basic crafting system for items including Poké Balls and event items.
