About Pokemon Volt Yellow: Anime Version
Larger maps, the Fairy type and early access to Pokémon from Generations I through III distinguish Pokémon Volt Yellow: Anime Version. Boonzeet's GBA Beta is based on FireRed. Moves, abilities and the physical/special split have been updated, while clock-based events add timed encounters. Pokémon from those first three generations can be found from the first route, making the opening area much broader.
