Star Beasts is a GBC ROM Hack by Soul Valor based on Pokemon Red and Blue in English. And it is now available to download. It was last updated on September 3, 2024.

- ▸ Completely overhauled soundtrack, with almost no original music remaining.
- ▸ Redesigned Pokédex, fixing balance issues and replacing outdated or inconsistent designs.
- ▸ Updated movesets with even more new moves.
- ▸ Introduction of Steel and Dark types.
- ▸ New areas and in-game events.
- ▸ Enhanced trainer rosters, new trainer types, and improved AI.
- ▸ Updated dialogue, removing references to “Pokemon” (hopefully no slip-ups!).
- ▸ Rebalanced gameplay to be more accessible, with helpful NPCs providing hints on rare Star Beasts.
- ▸ Quality of life improvements like an experience bar.
