Thirty new Sinnohan forms, an overhauled Ice type, and Gym Leaders built around gimmicks reshape Pokémon Altered Platinum. Created by Lithobraker, this NDS hack is based on Platinum and version r1.0.3. Existing Pokémon receive extensive changes, with a higher overall power standard and broad usability. Battles are tougher than Renegade Platinum without reaching Kaizo levels, and removing effort values means neither you nor NPC trainers use EVs. Recolored shinies use a 1/512 rate, while revised dialogue adds jokes, references, lore, and Pokédex entries. New moves receive custom-style animations.
