About Pokemon Emerald: Mystery Magikarp Edition
Sixteen Gyms, a higher challenge level, and hidden secrets push this Emerald project beyond the original game's structure. Pokémon Emerald: Mystery Magikarp Edition is a GBA beta hack of Emerald by scottishnotscotch. Opponents do not hold back, and catching wild Pokémon is more restricted. It also changes trainer and Pokémon sprites, adds trainer-only Pokémon, and introduces new structures such as walnut trees. With no opening sequence included, the game moves quickly into its altered adventure and emphasizes exploration alongside its harder battles.
