About Pokemon Modern Fire Red

Later-generation Pokémon, DS-style graphics, refreshed maps, and redesigned routes give this FireRed alpha a modern Kanto feel. Pokémon Modern Fire Red is a GBA hack of FireRed by Strey, currently at Alpha 0.2. It adds Pokémon through the eighth generation, moves and abilities through the same generation, the physical/special split, and the Fairy type. TMs can be reused and HMs can be deleted, while an XY-style Exp. All, day-and-night cycle, and DexNav become part of the journey. The DexNav unlocks after the Electric Gym.
