About Pokemon Perfect Red & Blue ROM
Pokémon Perfect Red & Blue rebuilds the original Red and Blue experience through FireRed while preserving the split version rarities. Darthbr's completed GBA hack offers all 151 Pokémon, a boy or girl player choice, new front and back sprites, and improved battle AI. Catching 150 Pokémon and receiving the certificate makes Mew appear near Mewtwo. Saffron gains a Move Deleter and Move Relearner, while Celadon sells TMs, Fossils, and Moon Stones. Wild starters, Yellow-derived movesets, revised learnsets, and bug fixes finish the classic-minded overhaul.
