About Pokemon Pitch Black 2
A custom combat system, permanent weather, and reworked evolution rules set Pokémon Pitch Black 2 apart from Black 2. MiMsu created this completed NDS hack, version 1.01, with high level curves and built-in soft level caps. EVs are removed, while trade, friendship, and gender evolution requirements are replaced. Moves through Generation IX, altered Pokémon and Abilities, new TMs and items, and new routes expand the game. Trainers use maximum IVs, competitive items and movesets, and TM or HM attacks; custom trainers award bonus prizes.
