About Pokemon R.O.W.E. (v2.1b)
Pokémon R.O.W.E. turns Emerald into an open-ended adventure where the region can be explored in any order, with Pokémon from all eight generations, nine starter choices, and a random starter option. Its many modes include randomized, double-battle, inverse, perfect-IV, no-EV, random-party, Little Cup-like, and three difficulty settings. Rioluwott created this completed English GBA hack from Pokémon Emerald, version 2.1b. It supports following Pokémon, Mega Evolutions, DexNav, Wonder Trades, reusable TMs, level scaling, regional music, and Flying Taxis from the beginning.
