About Pokemon Serene Crystal
A remixed Pokédex, replacement Gym Leaders, regional forms, and universal no-trade evolutions make Pokémon Serene Crystal a substantial Crystal rework. The type chart, stats, movesets, and level curve are rebalanced, while newer moves join the game. PeanutellaXO created this completed English GBC hack of Crystal, version 1.5. You can run, forget HMs freely, buy evolution stones in Goldenrod, use trade items like stones, and obtain the Super Rod in Blackthorn City.
What's in it
- Use a remixed Pokédex containing older and newer Pokémon.
- Play with a fixed level curve.
- Face two replacement Gym Leaders and one promoted Gym Leader.
- Forget HMs at any time.
- See changed sprites for many Pokémon.
- Run, survive overworld poison at 1 HP, and buy evolution stones in Goldenrod.
- Use a rebalanced type chart that strengthens weaker types and slightly weakens stronger ones.
- Use boosted stats for several weaker Pokémon, improved movesets, and Generation 7 stats for all Pokémon except Raichu.
- Evolve every Pokémon without trading, and use trade items as evolution stones.
- Play without badge boosts.
- Obtain the Super Rod in Blackthorn City.
- Use several moves from newer generations.
