About Pokemon Rising Crystal
Retuned Pokémon, new evolutions, and later-generation moves make Pokémon Rising Crystal a more demanding take on Crystal. Sarns created this GBC hack, version 1.5, with changed types, stats, and appearances intended to improve many Pokémon. It adds the Physical/Special split, new and revised locations, and makes every Pokémon catchable. Trade evolutions now use level-ups or evolution items, so building a full team does not depend on trading.
