About Pokemon Emerald No Levels Mod GBA ROM
Pokémon stats remain fixed for the whole game in Pokémon Emerald No Levels Mod, even though Pokémon can still learn moves and evolve through levels. This completed GBA hack by Schrroms is based on Pokémon Emerald. A Geodude fought early on has the same stats as one found later, removing the usual stat growth tied to level. Leveling still matters for learning moves and triggering evolutions, but it does not change a Pokémon's battle stats.
